combined experience in the Safety Industry, Advanced Group's tactile manufacturer has developed a unique blend of polymers
which provide optimum UV stability and wear resistance

“blooming” of plasticizers and processing aids. Advanced Group's tactiles
will remain vibrant for the life of the Product.
Australian
Standards
Advanced Group's tactiles meet Australian Standard AS/NZS 1428 part 4 Tactile Ground
Surface Indicators and are guaranteed to conform to all of the dimensional
requirements in order to provide safe and effective tactile cues for the vision

in 300 mm x 300 mm retro-fit format, making installation
easy.
Aiding the vision impaired.
An
estimated 380,000 people in Australia currently suffer from blindness
and are legally vision impaired. These statistics will double as a
result of the aging population. Incorporating aides for the Vision
Impaired in all indoor and outdoor construction is not only good
practice, but has become mandatory in all Australian Building Codes and Public Access Disability Standards.
Tactile ground surface indicators are strategically laid to adequately guide pedestrians whilst traversing road-crossings, hazard zones and public buildings. Advanced Group's tactiles consist of two main uniform profiles:

- The Direction Indicator Tile profile - consisting of a series of barbell-shaped lugs – are strategically laid to indicate the direction of travel.
Ground Surface Indicators are available in tile form and as Individual free form components (STUDS).
- Retro fit polymeric tactile indicators.
- Polymeric tactile studs.
- Sure steel architectural stainless steel tactile studs.
- Pro step stair nosing and tapes
